He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Mackey Bobbitt; his daughter Amy Sue Osborne; his brothers, Henry Dallas "Hank" Bobbitt (Brenda) and Phillip Buxton "Buck" Bobbitt; and his nephew Henry Dallas "Dal" Bobbitt IV.

He is survived by: his son Robert Osoborne; his siblings, Bruce Bobbitt (Vickie), Nada Diana Bobbitt and Camille B. Hubbard (Tommy); his sister-in-law Jo K. Bobbitt; and his grandchildren, Hannah Osborne, Jonathan Rolland "Johnny" Osborne and Katlyn Boyd. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
