He was predeceased by: his parents, Tracy Carlton Qualls, Sr. and Ethel Harris Qualls; his daughter Debbie Etheridge; and his siblings, Margaret Hagwood (Mahlon), Carlton Qualls and Phil Qualls (Kathy).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Qualls; his brother Jimmy Qualls (LuFaye); his children, Quinton Qualls, Jr. (Sheree), Jeff Qualls (Laura) and Kimberly Morrow (Chance); his son-in-law Richard Etheridge; his grandchildren, Nick Etheridge, Noah Etheridge (Erin), Adam Etheridge, Quint Qualls, Caroline Long (Sam), Zachary Qualls, Jett Morrow, Coral Morrow and Carmen Morrow; and his great grandchildren, Grayson Etheridge, Kate Etheridge, Ethan Etheridge, Oliver Etheridge and Harry Etheridge. He is also survived by in-laws, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
