She is survived by : her daughters, Adrienne Thorne Price (Edwin) of Pleasant Garden, NC and Gladys Thorne Smith (Anthony) of Raleigh, NC; her grandchildren, Ariane Webb (Kevin) of Greensboro, NC, Alan Alston of Garner, NC, Aaron of Greenville, NC, Austin Berry of Greenville, NC, Brittany of Greensboro, NC and Brandi Price of Greensboro, NC; her great grandchildren, Shaun Webb of Raleigh, NC, Laurin, Lindsey, Luke, Levi Webb of Greensboro, NC and Kaleb Alston of Wake Forest, NC; her nieces, Brenda Thorne Gadson of Baltimore, MD and Barbara Alston of Roanoke Rapids, NC; her nephew Carson Boone of Newport News, VA; her caregiver Tammy Cox of Raleigh, NC; and also Samuel Alston of Franklinton, NC.

Viewing was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Robinson Funeral Home (215 US Hwy 158 E, Littleton, NC 27850). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at the Lee's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (8202 NC-4, Littleton, NC 27850).
