She was predeceased by: her parents, James Milton Overby, Sr. and Alice Perry Neal Overby. She is survived by: her husband Carl B. Ayscue, Jr.; her sons, Carl B. "Trey" Ayscue III (Jenny) of Clayton and Joseph Ayscue (Gretchen); her siblings, Ann O. Ostrow of Raleigh and James M. Overby, Jr. (Ann) of South Hill; and her grandchildren, Ryan Ayscue, Connor Ayscue, Lillian Ayscue and Cameron Ayscue.
