He is survived by: his family, Spiritual and Christian; his wife Annie Battle of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his cousin Neal Nathaniel Harris A; his daughter Nealynn Bailey Waithe of Greenbelt, MD; his stepdaughter Robin Smith of Mebane, NC; his grandchildren, Aaron of Greenbelt, MD, Avary of Greenbelt, MD, Aaden Waithe of Greenbelt, MD, Breanka Smith of Durham, NC, Marcus Friday of Morganton, NC, Candyce Smith of Morganton, NC and Lamar Smith of Aurora, CO; his great grandchildren, Brayden Smith and Zayden Friday; his sisters, Rosetta Clark of Washington, DC and Helease Hall of Upper Marlboro, MD; and his siblings-in-law, Rev. Richard L. Battle of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Linwood Battle (Debra) of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Rev. Johnny Battle (Tameka) of Jacksonville, FL and Miin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Because of Covid-19, the wearing of masks, social distancing, and limiting the number of persons in attendance will be practiced.
