He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Donna Overby Clary. He is survived by: his children, Eugene Carson Clary (Wanda), Dena J. Clary, Dana R. Conn (Cory) and Kem Overby; his siblings, Norman Odell Clary and Juanita Clary Gupton; and his grandchildren, Amanda Patterson (Art), Charles Clary (Jill), Kassie Felts (Travis), Kelsie Aycock (Adam), Jessica Schuster, Caitlin Renn (Matthew), Caleb Conn (Kelli), Christina and Aaron Overby. He is also survived by his ten great grandchildren.
