She is survived by: her husband Phillip Evans; her children, Phillip Bradley Evans, Stephanie Simmons (Kenneth) and Katrina Mills (Jason); and her siblings, Mark Lynch and Brenda Gail Lynch. She is also survived by three grandsons and two granddaughters.
