He is survived by: his brother Glenn Ranson Harris (Mary Smiley Harris) of Macon; his aunt Irene Weldon of Norlina; his uncle Nat Weldon of Norlina; his cousin Luci Weldon of Norlina; his aunt Shirley Harris of Warrenton; and his cousins, Will Harris (Jane) of Lexington, Beth Harris (Jim) of Ocean Isle, NC, Ruth Branger (Randy) of Charlottesville, Leslie Clark (Martin) of Bristol, England, Nancy Keyes of Raleigh, Jay Williams of Boone, NC, Nancy Echols St (Eddie), Ted Echols (Margaret) of Warrenton, Harris Echols (Trish) of Blackshear and Jake Echols (Kellie) of Patterson.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Shady Grove Methodist Church.
