He was predeceased by: his mother Fannie Brown Alston; his former wife Julia "Lynn" Harvey; and his brother Ricky A. Henderson. He is survived by: his close friend Tracy Edwards of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his children, Jesse Jyrelle Alston of Littleton, NC, Freeman Harvey of Littleton, NC, Javarries Harvey of Littleton, NC, Isaac Edwards, Jayden Fleming of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Keynedria Harvey of Littleton, NC; his aunt Annie Belle Alston of Littleton, NC; and his siblings, Stephanie Alston of Wake Forest, NC, Tracy Henderson of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Cheryl Richardson (James) of Littleton, NC, Pruitt Henderson (DeeDee) of Braselton, GA and Raymont Henderson of Suffolk, VA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Because of Covid-19, the wearing of masks and social distancing will be practiced at the discretion of each individual.
