With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hugh Leonard Cannon of Littleton, North Carolina, who passed away on February 19, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Nancy Louise Hartman Cannon. He is survived by: his wife Linda Couch Cannon; his children, Laurie Shay Cannon Slugg (Robert) and Torin Sean Cannon; his stepchildren, Gregory Alan Couch and Sabrina Sue Couch Hall; his sisters, Doris Jean Barrowman and Velma Lee Cannon; and his grandchildren, Kyle Christopher Slugg and John Gregory Slugg.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers that memorials be directed to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
