She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Wesley Johnson and Mary Burgess Johnson; and her siblings, Jack Johnson, Herman Johnson, Patty J. Alston and Frances J. Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia P. Pullen (Booker T.) of Garner, NC, Sharon Powell of Littleton, NC, Leonard Powell, Jr. of Raleigh, NC and Tamika P. Redmond (Melvin) of Winterville, NC; her grandchildren, Andreka Daniel (Jasper, III) of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Marvin Bobbitt, Jr. (Roneek) of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Aleah Pullen of Charlotte, NC, Mea and Koa Redmond of Winterville, NC; her great grandchildren, Kanyle Ellis of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Jayden Ellis of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Jordan Daniel of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Mariah Bobbitt of Roanoke Rapids, NC; her siblings, Fred Johnson of Littleton, NC and Mary J. Margerum of Roanoke Rapids, NC; and her son-in-law Marvin Bobbitt, Sr. of Littleton, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and special friends.
Because of Covid-19, the wearing of masks and social distancing will be practiced at the discretion of each individual.
