He is survived by: his son Gregory Marquette (Teresa); his wife Jansey Ivey Jones; his granddaughters, Lauren of Durham, NC and Taylor Jones of Durham, NC; his daughter Kimberly Jones Mack; his grandsons, Ronnie of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Johnnie Mack of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his siblings, Delores Simmons of Halifax, NC, Mary Alston of Littleton, NC, Mattie Ezell (Henry) of Olive Branch, MS, Nolean Deskins, Elnora Walker of Clinton, MD, Lillian Bowser of Durham, NC, Martha Silver (Larry) of Durham, NC and Dennis Jones (Ann) of Roanoke Rapids, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Nelder Mullen (Mack) of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Victoria Davis (Clarence) of Oxon Hill, MD, Mary Miller (Chester) of Choctaw, OK, Bessie Jones, Evelyn Jones of Littleton, NC and Harry Ivey (Cathy) of Franklinton, NC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
