She was predeceased by: her daughter Cheyene Elizabeth Ziesemer. She is survived by: her daughter Hayleigh Grace Ziesmer; and her brothers, Brandon Mustian (Arin) and Nelson Mustian (Megan). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family asks that any memorials be directed to the family for future educational expenses for Dana's daughter, Hayleigh Grace.
