He was predeceased by: his parents, William Otis and Mainer Lee Richardson Harris; his wife Nancy Boswell; his siblings, Earl, Herbert (Hub), David, Harold, Otis Jr., Roxie Novella "Nell" and Arnie; his grandson Brandon; and his stepson Patrick.
He is survived by: his son Charles Lee Harris; his son-in-law Richard Pearrell of Washington, DC; his great grandchild Cayden; his stepgranddaughter Katelynn; his siblings, Loretta Richardson (Coleman), Vessa Lee Silver, Gloria Lynch, Wendy Richardson, Milton "Scott" Harris (Nancy) and H. P. Harris (Rita); his sisters-in-law, Barbara Hamilton and Jackie Marion; and his aunt Queen Pulley. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Bethel Baptist Church (1389 Richardson Rd, Warrenton, NC 27589). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025.
