She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilliam Brown, Sr. and Kathleen Neville Brown Williams; her husband Dock, Sr.; her daughter Tara Felicia Silver Moore; her great grandchildren, Ellie Mae Monroe Silver and Aniya Edwards; and her siblings, Gilliam Brown, Jr., Clifton Brown, Sr., Harry Brown, Vodia Jefferson, Erma Clanton, Lucille Price, Barbara Floyd and Ernestine Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Delaney (Druesilla) of Spring, TX, Dock, Jr., Celnora Williams (McCarroll) of Littleton, NC and Tonia Silver-Henson (Darwyn); her son-in-law Ferondo Moore, Sr. (Ronese) of Wilmington, NC; her siblings, Eddie Brown (Josephine) of Littleton, NC, Johnny Brown (Dorothy) of Littleton, NC and Carolyn Brown of Upper Marlboro, MD; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Silver (Gussie) of Gaston, NC, Ruth Pullen of Baltimore, MD, Hattie Silver of Hollister, NC, Lucy Silver of Hollister, NC, Rachel Silver of Hollister, NC, Velma Brown of Chesterfield, VA and Shirley Brown of Norfolk, VA. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Because of Covid-19, the wearing of masks, social distancing, and limiting the number of persons in attendance will be practiced.
