He is survived by: his wife Judy Hinchey; his daughter Carmen Hinchey Erwin (Daniel); his grandsons, Austin Erwin, Walker Erwin and Braxton Hinchey (Makenzie); his sister Linda Musgrave; his nephews, David Wayne Dorsey (Molly) and Billy Ray Lucas (Kim); and his niece Glenda Lucas.
