Though Arthur may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Nathaniel King and Phyllis Geraldine Crawley King; his wife Ann King; and his son Jason King. He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Duhadaway (Brian); his grandson Jacob "Monkey" Edenbeck; his sisters, Susan King Barnes (Frank) and Mary Beth King; and his pet Dick Tracy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Quankie Baptist Church (4070 NC-48, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870).
