It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Graham (Linwood, North Carolina), born in Red Bank, New Jersey, who passed away on January 28, 2019, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Michael and Madeline; his mother Joan Marie McCaffrey; his stepfather Patrick James McCaffrey Sr.; and his stepbrother Patrick James McCaffrey (Amanda). He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers or other kind gestures to his family, Michael's family has set up a fund for his children, Michael and Madeline.
