With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Malcolm Lewis Myers Jr. of Linwood, North Carolina, who passed away on October 19, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Lewis Myers and Edna Mae Grubb Myers; his brothers, Kenneth Daniel Myers and Billy Joe Myers; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Yountz Myers and Kate Gwaltney.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Coppley Myers; his children, Mike Myers (Melissa) and Wendy Myers Lewis (Brian) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Rachel Hall (Kenneth), Nicholas Lewis, Fallon Butler and Bethany Myers; his great grandchildren, Fletcher Hall and Gabe Morales; his siblings, Roger Myers (Jonie), Rev. Gary Myers (Joyce), Donald Myers (Pam), John Mark Myers (Glenda), Darlene Caudle (Robert) and Debra March (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Danna Myers, Judy Stoner (Frank), Wayne Gwaltney and Tommy Jolly (Diane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
