She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Eugene Koonts and Helen Easter Koonts; her husband Leo Alexander Church Jr.; her daughter Selina Church Steele; and her brother Max Koonts.
She is survived by: her children, Victor Lee Church (Angela) and Helen Church Kemp (Ed E.) of Linwood. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren.
