She is survived by: her daughters, Samantha Van Buskirk Freeman (Joseph) of Lexington and Brittanny Nichole Strunk of Lexington; her husband Charles Boyd Garrison of Lexington; her stepchildren, Brandon Garrison (Emily) of Stanly County and Amanda Story (Jon) of Lexington; her brother Patrick Van Buskirk (Martha) of Indiana; her grandchildren, Jameson, Declan, Payton, Jake, Bryson, Corbin, Skylar and Cayden; and her great grandchild Nolan.
