He was predeceased by: his father Grover Cleveland Orrell; his siblings, Walter, Roy, Herman Orrell, Hazel Lanning, Mae Staley, Thelma Allred and Dot Koontz; and his grandson Nick Orrell.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel Swinson Orrell; his children, Wanda Orrell Jones (Johnny), Jerry Orrell (Gaye) and Tim Orrell (Lisa); his grandchildren, Todd Orrell (Teresa), Brian Orrell (Wendy), Stephanie Garrett (Scott), Jessica Smith (Bobby) and Shannon Herrin (Tony); and his stepgrandchildren, Lauren Macias (Hector) and Alex Iseman (Rachel). He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces.
