He is survived by: his children, Renee Easter (Gary), Tammy Koontz and Linn Koontz (Jill); his grandchildren, Chris Tester (Aimee), Josh Tester (Elizabeth), Tiffany Grubbs (Wayne), Brittany Koontz and Katie Hoover (Bradley); his sister Edith Barger (late Thomas Barger); and his sister-in-law Eva K. Shaw.
