She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Fishburne Bellinger and Mary Elizabeth Cottingham Bellinger. She is survived by: her husband Paul Amberg Hagen. She is also survived by 3 step children, 4 step grandchildren and 13 step great-grandchildren, 4 nephews and a niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made in Janice's memory to the Avery County Humane Society.
