She is survived by: her husband Dr. Ronald McGowan; her children, John McGowan (Laura) of Johnson City, TN, Kathleen Burnett of Lancaster, CA and Beth Goolsby of Augusta, GA; her grandchildren, Katherine Skinner (Justin) of Memphis, TN, Olivia McGowan of Knoxville, TN, Jake Burnett of Humbolt University, CA, John Blalock, Jr. of Augusta, GA and William Blalock of Augusta, GA; her great grandchildren, Everett Skinner of Memphis, TN and Elliott Skinner of Memphis, TN; and her pet Lala.
