He was predeceased by: his parents, James Duncan and Ruby Duncan. He is survived by: his friends, Alberta and West; his wife Alberta Rose Duncan; his son Burl Frederick Duncan, Jr.; his sister Wilma Jean Couch; and his nieces and nephews, Kathi, Vince, Steve and Melissa.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Crossnore Presbyterian Church or Shriners Children Hospital.
