William Hansford Johnson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Hansford Johnson of Linden, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 27, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy William leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his children, James Williams (Debra), Terrence Williams and Sylvia Caldwell. He is also survived by five grandchildren and (3) three great grandchildren and with a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wiseman Mortuary (431 Cumberland St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Piney Grove Freewill Baptist Church (244 Slocomb Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28311).
