He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Carlisle Waltz and Hazel Ann Crews; and his brothers, David Waltz and Michael Waltz. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ellen Davis Waltz; his children, Robert Carlisle Waltz of Hope Mills, NC and Marcie Renea Waltz Kelly (Tim) of Clinton, NC; his grandsons, Brandon Kelly of Clinton, NC, Jacob Kelly of Clinton, NC and Grant Kelly of Clinton, NC; and his sister Elaine Batton of Richmond, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
