He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Crusen and Shirley Crusen; and his brother Terry. He is survived by: his siblings, Denise "Mickey" Skipper (Larry), Kenny Crusen, Richey Crusen, Marcia Schornak (John), Chris Crusen and Rhonda Crusen; his stepmother Bonnie Crusen; and his aunts, Betty Lou Crusen and TheresaEdel.
