It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julius Edgar Wood Jr. (Linden, North Carolina), born in Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on December 29, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Mr and Lessie Haney Wood Sr. Mr; his wife Joyce Hair Wood; and his sisters, Ressie Lee and Betty Jean Baggett.
He is survived by: his children, Earl Wood (Michele), Teresa Whitt, Marcia Goode (Bill), Judy Matthews (Earl) and Patsy Miller (Rickey). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
