He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Doyle of Linden, Deborah Stewart (Norman) of Crossville and David Nix (Sharon) of Little Elm, Texas; his siblings, Clyde Nix, Malcolm Nix, Gene Nix, Delorese Dewayne and Betty Conaway; his grandchildren, Ray Mitcham, Christopher Nix, April Llewellyn (Kyle), Tiffany Jones (Ben), Jennifer Stewart and Brandon Stewart; and his great grandchildren, Cora Steger, Taylor Llewellyn, Austin Llewellyn, Kylie Stewart, Tesla Jones and Cody Stewart.
