He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Maness, Wayne and Lola Carroll; and his great-grandparent Laura Bailey. He is survived by: his parents, David Wayne Carroll of Aiken, SC and Shirley Ann Maness of Linden, NC; his wife Jessica Rivas of Linden, NC; his children, William Rivas Carroll of Linden, NC, Ryan Rivas Carroll of Linden, NC, Bradley Rivas Carroll of Linden, NC, Jonathan Stewart Jr. of Linden, NC, Jennifer Rivas Carroll of Linden, Laura Rivas Carroll of Linden and Kaylee Carroll of New York; his sister Crystal Ann Carroll of Aiken, SC; and his grandmother Jennie Maness of Linden. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
