She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest "Bo" Gainey and Gladys Gainey. She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy" Jackson III; her daughter Jennifer Arno (Christopher); her grandchildren, Nolan Arno, Kaylin Arno and Colton Arno; her brothers, Buck Gainey (Rhonda) and Mark Gainey (Colleen); and her brother-in-law John Jackson (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
