He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest Garrison, Sr. and Nettie Malvena Hovis; his siblings, Ernest William, Robert Lee, David Ray, Bette Rose Morris and Mary Evelyn Allen; and his children, Sarah Therese and Stephen Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen Buff; his children, Rebecca Tiffany, Mark (Sue Ellen) and Billy (Pat); and his grandchildren, Clay, Holly, Cheyanne, Wesley, David, Dillon Garrison, Will, Miranda and Jack Tiffany.
