He is survived by: his wife Barbara Torchia Goins; his daughter Katharine Moss; his siblings, Phillip Goins, Andy Goins (Donna), Wanda Morrow, Henrietta Hill (Charlie) and Wilma Watts; his grandchildren, Robert Heffner, Eddie Moss and James Moss; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Bair, Jr., Joseph Bair and Scott Bair.
