She was predeceased by: her father Chester Caldwell; and her husband Jerry Van Chapman, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Van Chapman, Jr. (Paula), David Scott Chapman (Jackie) and Edward Lee Chapman (Karen Hussey); her grandchildren, Anna Elizabeth Chapman, Erica Lacie Norman (Kevin), Brian Paul Chapman and Tyler Alexander Chapman; and her great grandchildren, Holden Norman, Braydon Chapman, Ashtyn Chapman, Raelynn Norman and Kashton Broome.
