It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Marion III (Lincolnton, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Marion Friday, Jr. and Ella Faye West Friday; and his siblings, Patricia F. Crisp and Johnny Friday. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Taylor Friday; his children, Jennifer Williams (Darin) of Vale, Ashley Friday Lail (Mike) of Lincolnton and Brett Friday of Texas; his brother Britt Friday of Dallas; and his grandchildren, Katelynne Haynie, Michael Moore, Chloe Roseberry, Tristan Roseberry, Emma Lail and Madeline Lail.
