He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Walker Justice, Sr. and Florence Howell Justice; and his wife Patsy Ferris Justice. He is survived by: his children, Randy Justice (Shelia) of Lincolnton and Kathy Gambill (Fred) of Lincolnton; his grandchildren, Patrianna Ferris, Christy Justice, Susie Lanham (Storm) and Randall Justice; and his great grandchildren, Natalie Gillespie-Justice and Willow Justice.
