It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Bernice Loy Rapp (Lincolnton, North Carolina), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 24, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Guy Loy; and her son Marc Rapp. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Rapp; her children, Rod Rapp (Lori) of Denver, Billy Rapp (Janie) of Vale, Cheryl Goldner (Tom) of Ocala, FL, Gail Milholland of Lincolnton and Nancy Mosteller (Grant) of Lincolnton; and her brother Richard Loy (Grace) of Lewes, DE. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
