She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Cleveland and Barbara Thomas Long of Virginia; and her husband Edwin Willard Richardson. She is survived by: her children, Frederick W. "Butch" Richardson (Linda) of Lincolnton, Linda Richardson Maples (Mike) of Orlando, FL and Kim Richardson McLaughlin (Mac) of Lincolnton; her granddaughters, Tonya Lawson (John) of Lincolnton, Crystal Pritchard (Jeremy) of Winston-Salem, Jennifer Carpenter (Aaron) of Claremont and Michelle Breton (A. J.) of Orlando, FL; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Lawson (Elizabeth), Emily Lawson, Silas Edwin Carpenter, Liam Carpenter, Adeline "Addie" Pritchard, J. J. Pritchard, Jonathan Maples, Kayla Maples and Ashlyn Breton.
