He is survived by: his mother Brenda Jenkins Starnes; his wife Meachel Kiser Starnes; his uncle Charles Jenkins (Linda) of Gastonia; his siblings-in-law, Terry Kiser (Carol) of Lincolnton and Sharon Willis (Larry) of Lincolnton; his sister Charlsie Carpenter of Lincolnton; and his nieces and nephews, Anna Kiser of Charlotte, Dana Rochelle Trinidad of Lincolnton, Corie Bryant of Lincolnton, Kaylon Hovis of Lincolnton, Shane Willis of Lincolnton and Terry Kiser of Lincolnton. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great- nephews, numerous special cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Long Shoals Baptist Church (2988 Long Shoals Rd, Lincolnton, NC 28092). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
