It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Allen Leatherman of Lincolnton, North Carolina, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Leatherman and Lena Stallings Leatherman. He is survived by: his children, Trent Leatherman of Lincolnton, Darrell Leatherman of Lincolnton, Greg Leatherman of Lincolnton, Stephanie Leatherman of Lincolnton and Beverly Burns of Catawba. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
