With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Lawrence Bushnell of Lincolnton, North Carolina, who passed away on January 27, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Perry Howie. He is survived by: his wife LeAnne Bushnell; his children, Mike Bushnell (Nikki) of Lincolnton, Andrew Bushnell of Iron Station and Chrissy Mishoe of Lincolnton; his stepson Aaron James of Asheville; his father Lawrence M. Bushnell of Cramer Mountain; and his sisters, Rebekah Woodward (David) of Charlotte, Beth Caskey (Mike) of Matthews and Joy Whitlatch (Bobby) of Boone. He is also survived by three grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to VIA Health Hospice, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
