It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley C. Smith (Lincolnton, North Carolina), who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Willie Cunningham; her son Roger Dale Holbrooks; and her granddaughter Emily Clara Boyles. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Boyles (Allen) of Virginia and Suzette Holbrooks of Lincolnton; her granddaughters, Laura Curry and Jessica Potts (Tony); and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Lydia and Davion.
