She is survived by: her husband Wayne Helms; her sons, Michael Helms (Jennifer) of Lincolnton and Jeffery Helms (Ashley) of Lincolnton; her siblings, Max Canipe (Alice Jean) of Maiden and Crystal "Chris" Driggers of Monte Vista, CO.; her grandchildren, Jeffery Helms, Timothy Helms and Heather Verbos; and her great grandchild Douglas Sterling.
