He is survived by: his children, Christy Setzer (Michael), Jill Zapadinsky (Steve), Tim Bolick and Will Bolick (AnnMarie); and his grandchildren, Vince, Ally and McCall.
Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Scott, and in accordance with his wishes, to St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Lincolnton, in lieu of flowers.
