He is survived by: his children, Eugene Ervin (Myra) of Charlotte, NC, Rodney Ervin (Tarrow) of Kings Mountain, NC, Roslyn Ervin of Mt. Holly, NC, Rhonda Parker (Sean) of Raleigh, NC, Yvette Robinson (Cliff) of Lincolnton, NC and Thurnetta Anderson (Reggie) of Lincolnton, NC; and his sisters, Elder Shirley Moore of Gastonia, NC, Ollie Curry of Gastonia, NC, Darlene Leach of Charlotte, NC and Eloise Ervin of Charlotte, NC.
