She was predeceased by: her child Carl Thomas Moore; and her sibling Betty Galbreath. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Crouch (Alva) and Ross Wayne Moore (Helen); her grandchildren, Peggy, Jason, David, Jonathan, Ashley and Paul; and her siblings, Neddie Sorenson, Carl Tinsley, Doreen Radats, Miller Tinsley and Ruby McDuffee.
