He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Elwood Christian and Dorothy Day Christian Knuckles; his children, Linda Christian and Sean Russell Christian; his grandson Anthony Ludwig; and his daughter-in-law Dana Christian.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Sisler Christian of North Tazewell, VA; his children, Rochelle Fox (Bruce), Eddie Christian (Diana), Greg Christian, Jonathan Christian (Cassandra), Wendy and Jimmy; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Kaitlin, Zachary, Blayne, McKenzie, Austin, Mayleigh and Zayden. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and several siblings, extended family members, and many friends.
