She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Vance Scronce and Annie Mae Beaver Scronce; her husband Gerald Pendleton; her children, Charles Keith Pendleton and Joanie Elaine Belk; and her siblings, Mary Scronce Phillips and Harold Gordon Scronce.
She is survived by: her sons, William Pendleton (Jackie) of Lincolnton and Mark Anthony Pendleton of Lincolnton; her siblings, Dean Scronce (Betty) of Lincolnton and Hazel Warlick (Jack) of Lincolnton; and her grandchildren, Clint Pendleton (Kelly), Casey Pendleton (Katherine), Michael Pendleton, Noah Pendleton and Katie Pendleton.
